增压微波消解-氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定铁矿石中的砷 被引量:7

DETERMINATION OF ARSENIC IN IRON ORE USING BOOSTER PRESSURE MICROWAVE DIGESTION-HYDRIDE GENERATION-ATOMIC FLUORESCENCE SPECTROMETRY

摘要 用微波消解方法处理样品,采用抗坏血酸-硫脲-磷酸作为掩蔽剂,以原子荧光光谱法实现了铁矿石中砷的测定。方法检出限0.35μg/L^-1,加标回收率97.5%~106.5%。经标样分析验证,结果与标准值相符,测定的RSD为4.24%。采用该方法分离铁矿石中的砷,结果满意。 With ascorbice acid thiocarbamide tartaric as interference, trace arsenic was determined by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry, digest sample by booster pressure in a tightly closed PTEF vessel. The optimum condition for determination was established. The interference caused probably by the coexisting elements have been investigated. The method has been applied to the determination of iron ore with satisfactory results and the results were alike with Ag-DDTC method. The recovery for the sample was in the range 97. 5% to 106.5%. The detection limit of this method is 0. 35 μgL and the relative standard deviations (RSD) is 4.24% respectively.
