Extraction yield of raffinose from the cottonseed meal produced by two-phase solvent extraction using ethanol-water as solvent

摘要 用双液相萃取工艺处理后的棉籽粕为原料,乙醇-水溶液为溶剂进行了棉子糖的提取试验,并考察了影响浸出率的因素。在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验得出优化后的提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数为70%,提取温度60℃,提取时间150 m in,物料溶剂比1∶14(即每克物料需14 mL溶剂)。在此工艺条件下,棉子糖的浸出率为92.5%。 The extraction of raffinose by using ethanol-water as solvent and the cottonseed meal produced by twophase solvent extraction as a raw material was studied. On the basis of single-factor experiments, orthogonal experiments were carried out. The optimum processing parameters are as follows : concentration of aqueous alcohol 70%,extraction temperature 60℃, ratio of meal to solvent 1:14 (g/mL) and extraction time 150 rain. The highest extraction yield of 92. 5% was obtained under the optimized processing conditions.
