摘要
利用均匀设计法,通过DPS统计软件,研究了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂、液比对杉树皮常压快速液化反应的影响,从而得到最佳液化工艺为:反应温度130℃,反应时间120 min,催化剂4 g,液比8.5。液化产物的羟基值表明产物可替代聚乙二醇与异氰酸酯合成聚氨酯。
Through uniform design, using DPS software, study on reaction temperature, reaction time of liquefying process, the dosage of catalyst, and the liquor ratio of liquefying reagent to bark of taxus influence on rapid liquefaction under atmospheric pressure, results show that optimized technology is: reaction temperature is 130℃, reaction time is 120min, catalyst is 4, liquor ratio is 8.5. Liquefied wood can instead of PEG and prepared Polyurethane films with polymeric MID.
