摘要
目的:观察香芪四君子汤对小鼠红细胞免疫功能和抗热应激能力的影响。方法:对昆明种小鼠进行脾虚造模,以香芪四君子汤饲喂正常及脾虚小鼠,10天后测其红细胞免疫指标及其在高温环境中的生存时间。结果:与空白对照组相比较,香芪四君子汤能显著提高健康和脾虚小鼠红细胞膜受体花环率(RBC-C3b-Rb)(P<0.01),降低小鼠红细胞膜免疫花环率(RBC-IC-RR)(P<0.01);能明显延长健康和脾虚小鼠在高温环境下的生存时间(P<0.01)。结论:香芪四君子汤能显著提高小鼠红细胞免疫功能和抗热应激能力,其红细胞免疫能力的高低与抗热应激的能力强弱成正相关。
Objective： To observe the effect of xiangqi-sijunzi decoction on red cellular immunity and anti-heat stress on mice. Method： spleen-asthenia model of kunming mice was made, then the normal mice and the spleen-asthenia mice were fed with xiangqi-sijunzi decoction. Test the index of red cellular immunity and survive time in high temperature after 10 days. Result：after xiangqi-sijunzi decoction treatment, the RBC-C3b-RR of normal and spleen-asthenia mice can besignificantly improved comparing with control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）, the RBC-IC-RR was decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the survive time of the normal and spleen-asthenia mice can be obviously prolonged（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conculsion： the red cellular immunity and heat stress abilities can be significantly improved by xiangqi-sijunzi decoction treatment, the ability of red cellular immune and anti-heat stress activity have a positive correlation.
