摘要
从战略管理的起源出发 ,简要介绍了十大流派的形成及主要观点。对企业战略管理理论研究与实践活动演化过程中出现的新理论和新进展给予了重点评述 ,并对新世纪企业战略管理研究的发展趋势做了展望。
Beginning with the origin of strategic management, the article introduces briefly the formation and main ideas of 10 greatest schools of strategic management research. Emphasis is given to a review of new theories and advances which have emerged in theoretical study and practical activity of enterprise strategic management. The future trends of the research of enterprise strategic management in the new century are forecasted.
