摘要
研究了采用EDTA差减法测定铜盐中铜含量的方法。样品溶解后,在pH:5~6时,以二甲酚橙为指示剂,先用EDTA标准溶液滴定金属离子的总量,然后在另一份试液中加入硫脲掩蔽Cu^2+,再用EDTA滴定除Cu^2+外的其它金属离子,两者之差即相当于铜的量。实验表明,这种方法操作简单、测定快速、准确度高、干扰小且颜色变化敏锐,终点易于判断,测定结果的准确度远远高于间接碘量法,其相对标准偏差RSD%=0.3%,加标回收率(R)为97.56%~101.08%。
The study deals with the accurate method of determining the copper content in salt of copper by the EDTA in the minus way. After dissolving the sample, while the pH is 5-6, with the XO as the indicator, Titration the total of the metal ions is tested by using the standard solution of EDTA. Then another sample is used, when the Cu^2+ is masked by the thiourea, to titrate the ions except Cu^2+ by means of EDTA. The amount of the copper is determined by the gap between two results. The result shows that this is a easy-operating way with the fast determination and high accuracy. It is less disturbed, the changing of the colors is acuity and the end point is easily estimated. The result of this method is very much accurate than that in the iodometry. RSD%=0.3%, and R is between 97.56% and 101.08%. The result, got according to this method, is much better by the students experiment.
