摘要
本文研究了在Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH 介质中,铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化酸性黑10B新的褪色反应,采用流动注射技术,建立了测定痕量铜的流动注射催化分析法。本法测定 Cu(Ⅱ)的线性范围为0~50ng/mL 及50~300mg/mL,检出限为3ng/mL,进样频率达30样次/h。对50ng/mL 铜测定的相对标准偏差为1.62%(n=10)。应用于铁矿石和铝合金中痕量铜的测定,获得了满意的结果。
In the medium of sodium teiraborate-sodium hydroxide buffer,the flow inje-ction aanlysis for determination of trace amount of Cu(Ⅱ) based on the catalytic action of Cu(Ⅱ) on the oxidation of acid black 10B with hydrogen peroxide has been established.The linear range of determination is 0~50ng/mL and 50~300ng /mL Cu(Ⅱ).The limit of detection is 3ng/mL.The relative standard deviation is 1.62%(n=10).30 samples could be injected pen hour.This method was succes-sfully applied to the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) contained in iron ore and aluminum alloy.
