摘要
目的监测血清对氧磷酯酶1(PON1)活性在早期肾移植患者中的变化意义。方法检测28例早期肾移植患者及149例正常对照血清PON1活性及高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平,比较移植前后不同时段PONl活性及经HDL标化后PON1活性的差异。结果慢性肾衰透析前患者血清PON1活性低于正常对照组(37.2±4.8U/ml VS 155.7±56.2 U/ml,P<0.001),多次血液透析后血清PON1活性升高,移植后4d内血清PON1活性较术前降低(P<0.05),术后5天起血清PON1活性持续升高。HDL标化后的血清PON1水平在透析前组较对照组低,术后各组与术前1d组比较无显著性差异。结论血清PONl及标化后PON1活性的变化提示其在判断肾脏衰竭后移植早期患者术后状况有重要意义。
Objective To monitor the. changes of serum paraoxonase 1 (PON1) activity in patients with early kidney transplantation. Methods Serum PON1 activity and the level of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) were examined from 28 patients with early kidney transplantation and 149 controls. Serum PON1 activities and standardized by HDL in different periods before and after kidney transplantation was compared. Results The Serum PON1 activity of renal failure patients before blood dialysis was lower than that of eontrols (37.2±4.8U/ml VS 155.7±56.2 U/ml, P 〈 0.001), and it ineroased after several times of blood dialysis. Compared with that before kidney transplantation, the Serum PON1 activity deceased during 4 days after operation. HDL standardized serum PON1 level was lower before blood dialysis than control group, and had no significant difference before, and after operation. Conclusions The changes of serum PON1 and HDL standardized PON1 activities in patients with early kidney transplantation indicate that they may be important indexes for judging transplanted patients' condition.
