摘要
心肾综合征(CRS)是指机体同时出现的心脏和肾脏损伤及功能不全,其病理生理机制错综复杂,但最终机制均是受累组织或器官的细胞死亡或细胞凋亡加速、导致功能不全或衰竭。CRS包括不同的临床急慢性心脏及肾脏衰竭,且原发受损器官先后不同。目前,CRS的分型无统一标准,多采用Ronco分型标准分为5个亚型。科学合理的分型有赖于CRS相关的基础和临床研究,能指导临床医师进行正确有效的诊断和治疗。
Cardiorenal syndromes（CRS） refers to injury or insufficiency of heart and kidney at the same time. Although its pathophysiological mechanism is complicated, CRS is ultimately caused by cell death or accelerated cell apoptosis. CRS includes different acute or chronic cardiac and renal failure clinically. Its primary damaged organs are different. At present, there is no uniform standard for differentiation of CRS and is often divided into five subtypes according to Ronco＇s typing. Scientific and rational typing depends on basic and clinical studies of CRS which can guide clinicians＇ diagnosis and treatment effectively.
