摘要
论述体育旅游资源开发的概念、内涵及分类。认为:体育旅游资源的支持系统有国家宏观调控和政策支持、经济环境和资金投入支持、社会环境支持、体育旅游资源支持、客源市场支持和安全保障与服务支持等。影响因素为资金投入不足,全社会对体育旅游文化的理解程度不够,缺乏宏观调控、整体规划和协调发展,人才缺乏;体育人文资源的开发注重观赏性而忽视参与性。提出开辟多元投资渠道,建立规范化、专业化的体育旅游资源开发管理体系,通过多渠道培养体育旅游人才等建议。
The conception, connotation and classification of the exploitation of sports tourism resources were upon. It considers that the supporting system of sports tourism resources contains the supports of state macro-regulation-control and policy, economic environment and investment, social environment, sports tourism resources, tourists market, securlty-safeguard and service etc. The influential factors are as follows： the investment is insufficient, the whole society hash＇ t acquired a deep understanding of sports tourist culture, there have been short of macro-regulation-control, overall plan and coordinative development, the talents are lack, and the exploitation of sports humanist resources has attached importance only to appreciative nature, and ignored participation. So it puts forward some countermoves, such as breaking a channel of plural investment, setting up a normalized and professionalized management system of sports tourism resources exploitation, cultivating sports tourism talents through multi-channel and so on.
