摘要
进行了L415MB级油气输送用直缝埋弧焊管中厚钢板的工业试验研究。结果表明,降低C含量,保持与普通16Mn相近的Mn含量,采用Nb、V、Ti微合金化技术结合适当的控轧控冷工艺,按照目前企业的生产装备水平.可以生产符合国标GB9711.2-1999、厚度为10~20mm的L415级管线钢中厚板。
Trial-production of L415MB pipeline plate has been carried out. The results show that decreasing carbon content, keeping Mn content similar to that of plain 16Mn and adopting micro-alloying technology of Nb, V and Ti, and through the TMCP in the metallurgical installments of Shougang Group Corporation, L415MB pipeline steel plates with thickness in the range of 10~20 mm which meet the requirements of the China's national standard GB9711.2- 1999 can be successfully produced.
