摘要
本文介绍了在大型锻造加热炉上进行的水煤浆(CWM)燃烧工业试验。试验结果表明,水煤浆在启动点火、升温加热和保温均热等方面能够满足大型钢锭在锻压前的加热工艺要求,因此是一种能够用于大型室状加热炉的后继燃料。
This paper presents the results of industrial test of CWM on a ingot reheating furnace for forging. The results show that CWM flame can satisfactorily meet the heating requirements for forging ingot (carbon steel and alloy steel), and possess the advantages of high heating rate at high temperature. Therefore, CWM can be used to heat heavy ingot for forging.
