摘要 研究了大批量定制技术在除尘器制造行业中的应用,开发了基于配置模板的快速配置设计的产品开发平台。系统通过基于功能结构单元的产品配置模板,快速响应客户需求,获得最接近客户需求的配置结果,再驱动CAD系统对配置结果进行完善设计,从而快速开发出满足客户需求的最终产品。整个配置过程、设计过程、图档资源管理等通过项目管理驱动实现。 A fast-configuration-design based systematic platform is developed in dusty filter machine manufacturing industry. Through the product configuration template which is composed of defined function and structure components, the system gives rapid response to the customer's specific requirements, makes out the close configuration result, and then improves the result in CAD system, in order to develop the required product at the least time. Overall configuring, designing, drawing management are running under the project management.
