摘要
目的观察兔VX2肾癌模型的超声声像特征并探讨其影像学意义。方法建立21个VX2肾癌模型,超声监测肿瘤的声像图变化。结果种植后第7、14和21天,肿瘤平均最大直径分别为4.9±1.8mm、12.4±2.6mm和25.1±3.3mm。随着种植时间的延长,高回声肿瘤及伴声晕肿瘤的出现比例下降,低回声肿瘤及内部有坏死区肿瘤的出现比例增加,肿瘤的血供更丰富。结论兔VX2肾癌的超声声像特征与临床上肾癌相接近,对人类肾癌的影像学研究有其帮助。
Objective To observe the ultrasonographic features of rabbit renal VX2 tumor models and discuss the imaging value. Methotis Renal VX2 tumor models were established in 21 rabbits and the ultrasonographic features of these tumors were monitored with ultrasonography. Results The average maximal diameter of tumors was 4.9±1.8mm, 12.4±2.6mm and 25.1 ±3.3mm on 7,14 and 21 days after implantation,respectively. The ratio of hyperechogenic tumors with halo was decreased,and the ratio of hypoechogenic tumors with central necrosis was increased as tumors growing. The blood supply of tumors were richer, too. Conclusion The ultrasonographic features of the rabbit VX2 renal tumors are similar with that of renal tumors in human,and the animal model is helpful for studying the imaging features of renal tumors clinically.
