摘要
采用几种不同的溶剂,提取连翘中的抗菌有效成分,通过抑菌试验筛选出抗菌作用最强的制剂,然后通过对鲜鱼制品的保存试验和新鲜度的常规检测,证实该制剂能有效地延长食品的保质期。
Active ingredients of Forsythia Suspensa(Thumb)Vahl were extracted by using different Solvents. Several preparations were prepared from the extracts. Through the test of inhibiting bacteria, the preparation to have the strongest antibiotic activities was selected. Preservation tests and determinations of freshness of fresh fish have proved that the preparation can effectively prolong quality guarantee period of food.
