常见恶性肿瘤分子分期、分子分型研究进展

摘要 人类生物医学进入分子水平 ,沿用至今的恶性肿瘤TNM分期已显示出其局限性。分子分期、分子分型是在原来TNM分期基础上 ,把分子生物学的最新研究成果结合到分期中 ,为肿瘤的预后和治疗决策提供更有利的证据。现主要介绍常见恶性肿瘤如乳腺癌、肺癌、结肠癌、恶性淋巴瘤等近年国外在这一领域的研究进展 ,同时介绍分子分期。
