摘要
我国民营企业规模小、技术含量低、竞争能力差,在国外进行FDI时很难与东道国的公司进行竞争。民营企业的现状和特点决定了在技术创新时不能背离民营企业的现状,要结合企业特点采取技术合作、技术联盟等灵活多变的合作型技术创新机制。
Scale limitation, technical weakness and low competitive competence are the main difficulties for private enterprises going out through FDI. Given the status and characteristics, Chinese private enterprises require a flexible cooperative technology innovation mechanism based on technical cooperation and technical alliance to achieve their competitive advantage in the host countries of their investments.
