摘要
由于液体硫磺的贮存和运输受到限制,大部分硫磺是以固体形态进行运输和贮存的。介绍了在硫磺制酸生产中,固体硫磺熔融装置的工艺流程、设备布置及生产特点,并结合生产实践,提出了提高装置生产能力、降低劳动强度、提高精硫质量、降低生产成本、改善生产环境的相关措施。
As the storage and transportation of liquid sulfur are restricted,most sulfur is transported and stored in solid form.This article highlights the process flow,equipment arrangement and production features in the solid sulfur melting unit during sulphuric acid production with sulfur.Together with production practices,it proposes relevant measures to increase the production capacity,reduce labor intensity,improve fine sulfur quality,reduce production cost and improve production environment.
