多功能复合高铁水处理药剂的电解制备研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过膜电解方法合成具有氧化、絮凝、吸附等多功能的复合高铁水处理药剂,研究电解制备过程的电流、温度、碱度等重要参数与高铁制备效率的关系.实验证明,控制适宜的电解时间和条件,可以获取高铁浓度为00233mol/L、总铁浓度为00282mol/L的复合药液,其中不含铁的固体形态,适合作为以现场制备和投加为目的的高效多功能水处理药剂. The process in the electrochemical production of combined ferrate was studied and the product can be used for water or wastewater purification. Key parameters determining the production efficiency including current density, temperature, alkalinity were investigated. Combined liquid ferrate product containing 0.0233 mol/L FeO 42-, 0.0282 mol/L total soluble ferron and no insoluble ferron was produced at appreciate conditions. Proper selection of film in the electrochemical reactor is a key factor for promoting the electrochemical efficiency and increasing the concentration of prepared ferrate.
