摘要
介绍了自行设计和制造的ＳＳＫＪ型砂水分自动控制仪的工作原理、结构以及在间歇式混砂机砂处理线上的应用。生产实践表明，在型砂混制过程中，本仪器可以快速自动检测型砂紧实率，并根据紧实率检测值反馈控制调节加入水量，使型砂系统的紧实率稳定在控制范围内，获得最佳的综合性能。该仪器的动作程序、检测信号的采集、数据处理、检测结果的显示和打印等，均由单片微计算机控制自动进行。
This paper introduces the principle and structure of Model SSKJ molding Sand moisture tester designed and made of authors’own, and its application in sand preparation line.Practices show that compactability can instantly be measured automatically hence water addition regulated and compactability controlled with a result of optimum properties of green sand. A single-chip microcomputer controls the automatic operation of this tester including acquisition and processing of data and display and print of results.
