摘要
本文研究一种湿型砂三性能自动快速测定方法及其测定仪。该方法是直接测定紧实率试样的透气压力和湿压强度,代人出试验建立的二元线性回归方程求得标准工艺试样的透气性和湿压强度。该仪器采用位移传感器测定紧实率.用压力传感器测定湿压强度,用气压传感器测定透气压力。本仪器可以在混砂过程中根据检测的紧实率偏差值控制加入混砂机的补加水量,调整紧实率。仪器的动作程序,检测信号的采集,数据处理及打印检测结果等均由微机控制,自动运行。
This paper deals with a measuring method and tester for three properties of green sand.In the measuring method.permeability and green compression strength of standard cylindrical sample are obained by directly measuring compactibility sample's permeability pressure and green compression strength and by solving dual linear regression formula got from tests. In the tester,compactibility,permeability and green compression strength are measured respectively with the position sensor,the pneumatic sensor and the pressure sensor.According to measured compactibility deviation value,the water volume replenshing mixer can be controlled and the compactibility can be adjusted during milling in the tester.Controlling process,acquiring data tested,processing data and printing measured results are made automatically under the control of the microcomputer in the tester.
