摘要
采用摇瓶培养的方法,以菌丝体收率为指标,通过单因子实验和正交实验确定了虫草头孢菌最佳培养条件和最佳发酵培养基配方。在相同条件下,优化培养基比原培养基的菌丝体收率提高了31.75%。
Shake flask culture was used and the yield of mycdia was taken as main index to ensure the optimum culture conditions and the optimum medium formula for a strain of Cephalosporium sinensis through single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that under the same conditions, the yield of mycelia by optimized culture medium increased by 31.75 % as compared with the original one.
