摘要
通过富集培养,获得了降解甲氰菊酯的混合微生物。研究表明,该混合微生物适宜生长条件为温度25~45℃,pH 6.5~8.5,培养时间72h。
The activated sludge taken from an aerobic tank in wastewater disposal plant of a chemical factory was acclimated to degrade fenpropathrin. The mixed culture microbes had optimum condition: pH 7.2, 30 ℃ and for 72 h. The growth of mixed culture microbes and degradation rate of fenpropathrin were related to supplement of additional carbon source in medium. A high fenpropathrin removal rate of 85 % in 72 h was achieved by supplement in 1 g/L glucose. However, in batch test, the fenpropathrin removal and degradation rate were comparatively low in 72 h during the degradation of substrate where fenpropathrin was taken as the sole source of carbon, nitrogen and energy.
