摘要
市场经济是法治经济,在市场经济运行中需要大量法律人才,传统高等院校法律人才的培养模式已不适应社会对法律职业型人才的需要。本文从高等法学教学中开设实验课的必要性入手,提出建立法学实验室的具体方案和法学实验课的具体内容,对采用阶梯型实践性互动式教学法进行探讨。
Market economy is a rule of law economy that demands many persons with law ability. But the traditional higher legal education mode is not well in response to the social demand to law occupation type talent. This paper analyzes the need of legal education experiment lessons, puts forward the concrete project in establishing legal laboratory and the concrete contents of the experiment lessons, and discusses the application of ladder model, practice character, interaction type teaching method in legal education.
