摘要
本文从政治管理的激励机制理论探求入手,设计激励机制,引入激励机制的运行模式,并把三者融合起来形成政治管理的激励系统;同时强调要加强政治管理中的伦理、道德建设。
Incentive mechanism constitutes an impotent part of political management. What the mechanism deals with is how to arouse the initiative and sense of involvement to achieve the magnificent goal of sound political management. The paper, starting with the probation into the theories of incentive mechanism then, works out an incentive mechanism, then introduces the operating pattern of incentive mechanism, and finally develops the incentive system of political management by combining the three segments. The paper also puts its due stress on strengthening the ethical construction.
