摘要
本文通过对公务员激励的前提“人性”的辨识,提出应以“复杂人”界定为前提,运用“同步激励”理论来指导公务员的激励管理。
Proceed from the reality in China, the "humanize" definition of encouraging public servant should be defined as "complicted man" and using "synchronization motivation theory" to guide management of the public servant incentive.
