热休克蛋白-70、-27在外伤性白内障晶状体上皮细胞的表达

摘要 目的探讨热休克蛋白-70(heatshockprotein-70,HSP-70)和-27(HSP-27)在外伤性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中的表达及意义。方法采用Envision免疫组织化学染色,检测外伤性白内障的晶体12例。正常人带有前囊膜的晶状体6例,晶状体上皮细胞中Hsp-70、HSP-27的表达,并进行阳性细胞计数。结果HSP-70、HSP-27在外伤性白内障(83.8%±7.6%)、(68.5%±5.2%)和正常人(18.3%±6.4%)、(14.5%±5.7%)在晶状体上皮细胞表达中有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HSP70、HSP27可能在外伤性白内障的发生、发展中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP-70) and 27 (HSP-27) in human traumatic cataract lens epithelial cells. Methods HSP-70 and Hsp27 expressed in the epithelial cells of traumatic cataract (12 cases) and normal ones (6cases) were detected by immunohistochemistry (Envision assay), and the epithelial cells were counted. Results The expression of Hsp-70 and HSP-27 in traumatic cataract were (83.85%±7.64%) and (68.53%±5.28%), which were significantly higher than normal lens: (18.39%±6.47%) and (14.59%±5.76%). Conclusion HSP-27 and HSP-70 maybe play an important role during the development and formation of human traumatic cataract.
