摘要
为了给獭兔的饲养管理、品种选育、肉质研究和临床诊疗提供依据,选择美系獭兔20只(雌雄各半),比利时兔10只(雌雄各半),对其血液生理生化指标进行了测定。结果表明:美系獭兔血液指标中的血小板数目、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度、谷草转氨酶、谷氨酰转肽酶、钾离子和钙离子的含量分别为292.4×109·L-1、379.0 g·L-1、40.3 U·L-1、8.6 U·L-1、6.687 mmol·L-1和3.405 mmol·L-1;与比利时兔相比,美系獭兔的红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度、血小板数目、血小板压积、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、钙离子含量均极显著低于比利时兔(P<0.01),谷草转氨酶、谷氨酰转肽酶、高密度脂蛋白均显著低于比利时兔(P<0.05),而红细胞平均体积、中性细胞比率、谷丙/谷草比例则均极显著高于比利时兔(P<0.01),中性细胞、谷丙转氨酶、尿酸均显著高于比利时兔(P<0.05)。
In order to provide essential references in feeding management,breeding,meat quality and clinical treatment on rex rabbits,hematological and biochemical parameters were determined with 20 healthy about 2.0 kg weight American strain rex rabbits of 5 months old（male and female in half）,10 Belgian rabbits（male and female in half）.The results showed that PLT,MCHC,AST,GGT,K＋,Ca2＋ of American strain rex rabbits were 292.4×109·L-1,379.0 g·L-1,40.3 U·L-1,8.6 U·L-1,6.687 mmol·L-1,3.405 mmol·L-1 respectively.Compared with Belgian rabbits,rex rabbits had a significant lower of MCHC,PLT,PCT,CHO,LDL and Ca2＋（P0.01）,and a lower of AST,GGT,HDL（P0.05）;however,a significant higher of MCV,rate of GRA,AL/AS（P0.01）,and a higher of GRA,ALT and UA（P0.05）.
