蛋白消合剂对肾病综合征大鼠SOD、MDA和-OH影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨蛋白消合剂方减轻尿蛋白、改善白蛋白血症及肾组织病变,即对肾病综合征的治疗作用。方法:将雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分成正常组、模型组、蛋白消合剂组。按Bertani法[1]造模,造模后7d开始灌胃给药,疗程为28d。以超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)和自由基(-OH)为观察指标,观察蛋白消合剂对大量蛋白尿的影响。结果:盐酸阿霉素尾静脉注射后7d,造模组大鼠24h尿蛋白定量较正常组明显增加;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD):模型组显著低于正常组(P<0.01),蛋白消合剂组显著高于模型组(P<0.01);丙二醛(MDA)和自由基(-OH):模型组显著高于正常组(P<0.01);蛋白消合剂组显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:蛋白消合剂对治疗肾病综合征所致的大量蛋白尿有一定的治疗作用。 Objective: To explore danbaixiao mixture relieving urinary albumin, improving alburninemia and kidney tissue pathologic change. To prove the curative effect of danbaixiao mixture on treatment of nephritic syndrome. Methods: 30 male rats were randomly devided into normal group, model group, danbanxiao mixture group. Nephritic syndrome rats were induced by Bertani methods. One week later, rats were given medicine for four weeks. SOD, MDA, - OH were detected. Results: Urinary albumin for 24 h in model group was more than in normal group (P〈0.01), SOD in danbaixiao mixture group was higher marked than model group (P〈 0.01 ). MDA and -OH in model group was higher marked than norrnal group (P 〈 0.01 ), MDA and -OH in danbaixiao mixture group was markedly lower than model group(P〈 0.01). Conclusion: Danbaixiao mixture was effective on urinary albumin of nephritic syndrome.
