摘要
教师叙事是指教师以叙述教育故事的方式陈述和反思教育经验,具有被动的、流俗性叙事和主动的、思想性叙事的层次区分。教师叙事是叙述一种主观经验,在时态上具有过去、现在与未来的内在连贯性,且展现了教师进入伦理实践的历程。叙事不仅仅是个人教育经历的呈现和孤立反思经验的故事,而是意在提炼、浓缩故事的意义。叙事有利于转变教师在教育学知识中的形象,提升教师个体的自我意识,为教师教育提供可行的途径,提升教师在教育改革中的地位。
The term, the faculty narration, refers to a literary way of retelling the remorse or experiences of teaching. Narration is labeled as passire or indifferent and active or creative. The faculty narration is active in nature, showing their experiences of the moral practices of the past, present and future. Moreover the narration is the retelling of elevation, which favors teachers with their images, consciousness, and roles in the educational reforms.
