摘要
目的探讨微创经皮输尿管镜治疗肾结石的疗效及手术配合要点。方法分析45例肾结石患者行B超引导经皮输尿管镜取石术的疗效并总结手术配合要点。结果 36例(80％)一期取石无残留,9例(20％)行二期取石。平均手术时间95min;术中出血量平均125ml;平均住院时间11．3d。术中无1例出现严重的并发症。3个月后随访,结石清除率为93．3％。结论微创经皮输尿管镜治疗肾结石安全、创伤小,结石清除率高。熟练的手术配合是手术顺利进行的保证,术中细致的病情观察是预防术中并发症的关键。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects and summarize the nursing points for treating patients with renal calculi after mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy （mini-PCNL）. Methods 45 patients received mini-PCNL under ultrasound guidance, the therapeutic effects were analyzed and the nursing points were summarize. Results 36 （80%） cases showed stone-free in the first stage of mini-PCNL and 9 （20%）cases were treated in the second stage. The average operation duration was 95 minutes, the mean bleeding amount was 105 ml, and the mean time of hospitalization was 11.3d. No major operative complications happened. In three months follow-up, the overall stone-free rate was 93.3%. Conclusions Mini-PCNL is a safe and minimally invasive operation with a high rate of stone-free for renal calculi treatment. Well-trained nursing is the guarantee of successful operation and the careful observation during operation is the main measure to avoid complications.
