健康教育程序在肝移植术后患者中的运用

摘要 目的提高临床肝移植术后患者的健康教育质量。方法将我院住院的肝移植术后患者100例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组均为50例,分别采用不同的方法对两组患者进行健康教育。对照组采用以往非系统的健康教育方法,实验组运用健康教育程序的教育方法,实施健康教育后,采用问卷调查法对两组患者进行健康知识调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果实验组在健康知识的得分及对健康教育的满意度方面均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用健康教育程序对肝移植术后患者进行健康教育,患者更易于掌握健康知识,有利于提高患者术后的生活质量。 Objective To promote the postoperative health education quality of liver transplant patients. Methods One hundred liver transplant patients in our department were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experiment group with 50 cases in each group. Non-systemic health education method was used in the control group and health education procedure was applied in the experiment group. Patients were investigated on their health knowledge and the results were compared between the two groups. Result Patients in the experiment group grasped more health knowledge than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Health education procedure is effective in promoting the effect of postoperative health education in liver transplant patients and improving their quality of life.
