摘要
介绍了一种用双能γ射线测量焦化塔液位的方法,能同时测量焦化塔的液位和泡沫的高度。通过实时测量的液位曲线和泡沫高度曲线,提高了生产效益,测量周期从原来的23h缩短到16h,消泡剂节省了12%。同时,采用线状放射源和设计高性能的γ能谱仪,提高了测量精度和稳定性,液位测量误差小于4.3%。
A measurement method of liquid level of a coke-cracking tower based on dual-energy γ-ray transmission is presented, Both liquid level and height of foam in a coke-cracking tower have been determined by using the measured real-time curves. It was shown that the productive efficiency was raised, the productive cycle was shortened from 23 h to 16 h, and the defoamer was saved by 12%. Meanwhile, by using rod-like radioactive sources and high performance γ-ray spectrometer, both precision and stability of the measurement were improved, e.g. the measurement error of liquid level was less than 4.3%.
