摘要
介绍一种新型PVC增韧剂UF-811的增韧机理。探讨了UF-811增韧剂在填充配方体系中的混合、挤出加工过程中的工艺分析及在生产中应注意的控制要点。结果表明:UF-811填充配方体系中与PVC相容性好,分散均匀。在加工过程中与原配方比较,料流稳定,制品的光泽度、柔韧性及焊角强度得到提高。
Toughening mechanism of Toughener UF-811 for PVC was described. Mixing of UF-811 in filling formulation, technological analysis of extruding process and control essentials in. manufacture were discussed. Testing results showed that UF-811 was well compatible with PVC in the filling formulation system and uniformly dispersed. Compared with the original formulation with respect to processing, material fluxion was stable, glossiness, flexibility and welding angle intensity of the product improved..
