摘要
幼儿教育改革要求重建幼儿教师文化,通过转变幼儿教育信念,转换幼儿教师角色定位,构建适宜的制度文化和自然合作的学习型团队文化模式,可以有效地重建幼儿教师文化,促进幼儿教师的“自我更新”,实现其专业成长。
The pre-school education reform requests the reconstruction of teachers' culture. It can effectively reconstruct kindergarten teachers' culture, promote infant teachers' "self-renewal", and realize their professional growth through changing early education beliefs of kindergarten teachers, transforming their role localization, constructing a suitable system culture and a natural and cooperative culture pattern of learning team.
