摘要
选择4种中药成分(黄芪多糖、淫羊藿多糖、峰胶黄酮、人参皂甙)组成2个复方,各按3个剂量水平与新城疫疫苗混合后免疫雏鸡,以无佐剂苗和油乳苗为对照,分别于免疫后7、14、21、28、35、42 d采血,用M TT法和微量血凝法测定T淋巴细胞转化和血清抗体效价的动态变化。结果表明,中药佐剂能显著促进淋巴细胞转化,提高血清抗体效价,多数时间点与油佐剂的效果相当,部分时间点显著强于油佐剂。综合判定方1高剂量和方2中剂量的效果最好。
Two prescriptions were respectively prepared with four kinds of Cbinese herbal medicinal ingredients (CHMIs). astragalus polysaccharide(APS), epimedium polysaccharide(EPS), propolis flavone(PF) and ginsenoside(GS), at three doses. mixed with Newcastle disease vaccine and inoculated to chicken, taking the same vaccine of free adjuvant and oil adjuvant as controls. At 7, 14. 21, 28. 35 and 42 days after vaccination, the dynamic changes of T lymphocyte transformation and serum antibody titers were determined by MTT method and hemagglutination inhibition. The results showed that the CHMIs adjuvant could significantly promote T lymphocyte transformation and improve antibody titer, which was similar to oil adjuvant at the most time points and was stronger at some time point. As a whole, the effects of prescription 1 at high dose and prescrip tion 2 at medium dose were the best.
