应用差异显示技术克隆脑脓肿早期表达上调的新基因 被引量：2

摘要 本研究以大鼠脑脓肿模型为基础，利用mRNA荧光差异显示技术，比较正常组、对照组和脑脓肿组脑组织中基因表达的差异，以寻找脑脓肿发病的早期相关基因。
