摘要 目的建立可定量测定痕量铊的分析方法。方法以溴水将水样中的Tl()氧化为Tl(),在20mL/100mL的盐酸中Tl()转化成[TlCl4]-并为聚氨酯泡沫吸附,吸附的[TlCl4]-经沸水浴洗脱后以平台石墨炉原子吸收法测定。样品分别在氧化及不氧化的条件下测定,可用于形态分析。结果铊含量在5~100ng/mL范围内的线性方程为y=0.013x+0.012,相关系数为0.996。5.00ng/mL铊标准于不同日期富集后测定5次的相对标准偏差为4.7%,对水样的加标回收率为95.7%~104.5%。结论本方法可测定水中低达0.02ng/mL的铊。 Objective To develop a method for trace thallium determination. Methods Thallium ( Ⅰ ) was oxidized to thallium( Ⅱ ) by bromine water and the thallium ( Ⅲ ) was complexed to [TlCl4]^- in 20 mL/100 mL HCI and absorbed by polyurethane foam. The adsorbed thallium was eluted by a boiling water bath and determined by platform-GFAAS. TI ( Ⅱ ) could be analyzed directly and the total TI be analyzed after oxidation, so speciation could be achieved. Results In the range of S-100 ng/mL the linear equation was y=0. 013x+0. 012 with the regression coefficient 0. 996. The relative standard deviation was 4. 7% for the standard solution of 5. 00 ng/mL and the recoveries of water samples were in the range of 95. 7%-104. 5%. Conclusion The proposed method could determine trace thallium as low as 0. 02 ng/mL.
