摘要
目的了解南宁市城区居民华支睾吸虫病感染情况。方法以ELISA法和改良醛醚法检查来自门诊和现场采集的血清和粪便样本的华支睾吸虫抗体和虫卵。结果调查共1388例,其中门诊就诊者772人,感染率61．66％,现场调查人群616人,感染率25．65％,前者明显高于后者；有吃鱼生史、鱼生史不详和无鱼生史者的感染率分别为58.83％、32．77％及1．88％,三者差异高度显著。以ELISA法与改良醛醚法检测门诊就诊者华支睾吸虫病感染率的差异不显著。结论南宁市华支睾吸虫病流行严重,对市民健康已造成严重威胁。
Objective To understand the infectious status of Clonorchis sinensis in urban population of Nanning City. Methods Sera and stool samples were collected from the clinic patients and from field surveys in the communities, Indirect ELISA was used for detecting the specific antibody in sera while the modified formalin- ether sedimentation technique was applied for examining hclminth eggs from feces , Results The infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis in 1388 persons from the urban area in Nanning was 45,68%. The infection rate in the male was 53.01% ,which is higher than that in the female （24.58%）. The infection rate in the age groups of below 30 years old increased with increase of age, The infection rates varied in different occupations , being highest in private laborers （72.31 % ） and followed by workers （60.77%） and the infection rate was the lowest in students （ 1,99% ）. The in- fection rate in outpatients was 61.66 %, significantly higher than that of the population in the community. The infection rates in persons with, without and unknown history of eating raw fish were 58.83 % 、1.88 % and 32.77 % showing significant difference. No significant differences were observed between ELISA and Formaline ether sedimentation technique in detection of the infection . Conclusion Clonorehiasis is highly endemic and is now the major parasitic disease in Nanning City. Thus effective control measures be taken.
