摘要
PC钢筋是一种高强度的新型工程材料。它的热处理制度为淬火+中频感应张力回火。淬火温度越高,钢筋的强度越高,塑性越低;回火温度越高,钢筋的强度越高,塑性越低。淬火温度和回火温度对钢筋的松弛性能(蠕变率)没有影响。张力对钢筋的强度、塑性没有影响,但对钢筋的松弛性能影响很大:在一定的淬火、回火温度下,随着外加张力的增加,钢筋的松弛性能下降(蠕变率降低)。必须考虑其影响来综合制订热处理工艺参数。
PC reinforced bar is a new engineering material with high strength. The Heat-treatment reguires quenching + middle frequency inducing temperlng(tension). The higher is the quenching temperature, the higher of its strength and the lower of its plasticity; the higher is its tempering temperature, the lower of its strength and the higher of its plasticity. However, the temperatures has no effect on the relaxation of PC reinforced bar. The strength and plasticity make no difference with the different tensions. The relaxation of PC reinforced bar will differ at different tensions under a certain condition of quenching temperature and tempering temperature. The effect of heat-treatment must be taken into account to decide heat-treatment technical parameters.
