摘要
用自制中、高频感应电炉生产１１ｍｍＰＣ钢筋，部分试样的σｂ低于标准，分析其原因主要是：热处理设备中机械传动问题；发热体感应器温度波动；操作不熟练等。
Produces 11mm PC reinforcing bar with medium and high frequencyinduction electrical furnace made by ourselves.Tensile strength standard of part ofsamples are low side.Analyses its main reasons to have the question of machinerytransmission in heat treatment machine, temperature wave from heater inductionequipment,unskillful operation and so on.
