摘要
以临床上常用的能量合剂之一的ATP作为影响因素,观察了正常豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞钙调素免疫反应(CaM-IR)的变化,并用葡萄糖作为对照.结果发现正常豚鼠接受ATP后,耳蜗毛细胞中的CaM-IR明显增强,外毛细胞变化更为明显,细胞的表皮板和纤毛都明显着色,进一步说明豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞中存在丰富的钙调素(CaM),讨论了ATP影响CaM-IR的可能机制,指出这种现象是否可以在有害因素下用来保护毛细胞,尚待实验论证.
This study observed the effect of ATP to calmodulin immunoreaction(CaM-IR)in the hair cells of guinea cochlea in comparison with that of glucose.The results showed that CaM-IR of hair cells were clearly enhanced by ATP and that the outer hair cells had more marked changes than the inner hair cells.The cuticle plate and cilia were also markedly stained.The result further demonstrated that the hair cells had the CaM.The effective probable mechanism of ATP to CaM-IR was discussed.Whether ATP can protect the hair cells should be further experimented.
