摘要
由于受中国历史传统和现实状况的制约,目前公民的政治参与习惯于传统方式,即直接诉诸于政府部门,甚至有部分公民选择一些影响社会和谐、政治稳定的非常态的方式。既然人民代表大会制度是我国的根本政治制度,因此,扩大公民有序参与人大工作才是扩大公民有序政治参与的根本途径,扩大公民有序参与人大工作才能既顺应公民政治参与的要求,又有利于社会和谐、政治稳定,有利于社会主义民主政治的发展。
Being restricted by historical and current conditions, the orderly civil participation in politics in China is still traditional. It has direct recourse to the government. Some citizens, therefore, use some informal ways to influence the social harmony and political stability in China. Now that People＇s Congress institution is Chinese fundamental political system, an increase of orderly civil participation in the working of People＇ s Congress can not only meet the need of civil participation in politics but also benefit the social harmony, political stability and the development of socialist democracy in China.
