摘要
目的探讨单纯型精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍与其他类型精神分裂症的异同。方法对35例单纯型精神分裂症患者和35例其他类型精神分裂症患者分别做修订韦氏记忆量表(WMSRC)评定记忆功能,威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)评估执行功能,并进行比较。结果单纯型精神分裂症患者韦氏记忆量表测验总记忆商数为(100.00±15.40)分,其他类型精神分裂症患者总记忆商数为(79.46±15.70)分,两者差异存在显著性(P<0.01);但两组的威斯康星卡片分类测验成绩差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论单纯型精神分裂症记忆功能损害相对其他类型较轻。
Objective To investigate the differences of cognitive dysfunction between simple schizophrenia and another type schizophrenia. Methods 35 cases of simple schizophrenia and 35 another type schizophrenia were tested with Weschler Memory Scale and Wisconsin Card Sort Test, respectively. Results Compared to another type schizophrenia , patients with simple schizophrenia displayed higher scores on Weschler Memory Scale; but there was no significant difference on Wisconsin Card Sort Test scores. Conclusion Tile memory dysfunction of simple schizophrenia are mild than that of another type schizophrenia .
