摘要
目的探讨3,4亚甲二氧基甲基苯丙胺(3,4-methylenedioxymetham phetamine,MDMA)神经毒性长期效应对空间学习记忆功能的影响。方法将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组和实验组,试验组给予MDMA10mg/kg,1次/h,共4次,即总量为40mg/kg,对照组给予等体积生理盐水。分别于末次给药后2,8,26,32周做水迷宫试验观察;结果短时间多次给予MDMA后,与生理盐水组比较,第2,8,26,32周时的Morris水迷宫试验,无论是逃避潜伏期还是穿原平台所在位置,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。四个时间的穿环次数MDMA组分别为(7.67±2.16)次、(6.60±1.14)次、(7.40±1.52)次、(6.80±4.55)次,对照组分别为(7.50±2.95)次、(7.0±1.67)次、(6.60±2.61)次、(5.80±1.79)次。结论MDMA神经毒性长期效应对空间学习记忆功能影响不明显。
Objective To investigate the long-term neurotoxicity of MDMA on spatial learning and memorry function. Methods Male wistar rats were randomly assigned to control group and MDMA group. Rats of MDMA group were administrated MDMA 10mg/kg once per hour total 40mg/kg ; rats of control group were treated with the same volume of saline, morris water maze test were performed at 2th、8th、26th、32th week after MDMA. Result There was no significant statistical differences in escape latencies and the times of crossing the exact position of the former platform between the studied groups and the control group( P〉 0.05 ) in morris water maze test at 2th、8th、26th、32th week after repeatedly administrating MDMA. The times of crossing the exact position of the former platform for MDMA group were 7.67 ±2.16,6.60 ± 1.14,7.40 ± 1.52,6.80 ±4.55 respectively;the times of crossing the exact position of the former platform for control group were 7.50 -+ 2.95,7.0 ± 1.67,6.60 ± 2.61, 5280 ± 1.79 respectively. Conclusion The long-term neurotoxicity of MDMA has no effect on spatial learning and memory function.
