摘要
本文简述了用自制的接触电极记录蟾蜍在体与离体心脏单向动作电位(MAP)的方法。所记录的波形与心肌细胞跨膜动作电位(TAP)具有同样的形态和间期,波形稳定。MAP参数如MAPA、MAPD_(50)、MAPD_(90)与文献报道相似。该实验简单,易于掌握,为实验教学提供一种简便的方法。
The present article describes how monophasic action potentials of toad hearts in situ and in isolated states were recorded through contact electrodes. It was found that the waves of monophasic action potentials and transmembrane action potentials were similar in configuration and duration, and the waves were stable. The parameters such as MAPA, MAPD50, and MAPD90 corresponded to those reported in the literature. This method proved to be simple and convenient for experimental teaching.
