摘要
辽宁产业结构配置的问题在于:第一产业就业人数过多,第三产业发展滞后,第二产业比重偏大、内部结构不合理、技术水平偏低。发展资本和技术密集型产业,实现产业结构跨越式提升,应是辽宁提高产业结构竞争力的长远发展战略。以市场为导向、以科技为动力、以企业为主体、全面调整并纵向提升三次产业的等级应是辽宁产业结构竞争力提高的当前措施。
The problems of Liaoning＇s industrial structure are as follows： the number of employments in the first industry is too great; the development of the third industry lags behind; the proportion of the second industry is too big, its interior structure is irrational, and its technological level tends to be low. The leaping-forward development of capital-and-technology-dense industry should be a long-term strategy for Liaoning Province to promote the competitiveness of its industries.
