摘要
海南建省办特区20年来,经济取得巨大发展,为全面建设小康社会打下了坚实的基础。清醒认识海南经济社会发展的基本状况以及现实、潜在与后发优势,客观分析海南经济发展及其战略设计的缺陷与不足,对于海南区域发展模式选择与产业结构战略创新,经济又好又省发展十分重要。
Since Hainan established the province and special economic zone for twenty years,marvelous de-velopment has been made in economy. Hence it is a solid base for the construction of a comprehensive affluent society.In order to develop Hainan economy more better and frugally,especially for the innovation of the Hainan area development pattern, it is very important to knew soberly the Hainan basic economic situation as well as the reality and the latent resources superiori-ty, and the same as the comparative external analysis of Hainan development model and industrial structure＇s flaws.
