摘要
综合分析了腔失配和腔失调对模耦合的影响,分别讨论了模的功率耦合系数与失配参量、失调位移及失调角的相互关系。讨论结果表明,失配引起的入射模的能量损耗往往可以忽略不计,而失调引起的入射模的能量损耗却非常严重,失调还会引起奇偶模之间发生耦合.
The effect of resonator mismatching and misalignment on mode coupling is analysed comprehensi-vely,and the relationship of power coupling factor of modes with mismatching parameters,misalignment displacement and misalignment angle are discussed respectively. The result of discussion demonstrates that,the energy loss of the incident mode which caused by mismatching is negligible,but the energy loss of the incident mode which causedby misalignment is very serious. Misalignment can also cause odd-even modes coupling.
