摘要
为了解黄花菜检疫性害虫V脊菱蜡蝉(OliarusvicariousWalker)的生物学特点及发生规律,于2003-2004年进行了田间调查和室内饲养.观察结果表明,V脊菱蜡蝉在湖南一年发生1代,以若虫越冬,一年中在6月下旬出现一次明显的成虫高峰.若虫在(25±1)℃条件下,完成一个世代的历期为153d,卵期22d,若虫期125d,成虫期6d.V脊菱蜡蝉在人工气候条件下卵的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为7.42℃和422.14日度,若虫各龄(1至5龄)的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为6.24,13.30,8.19,5.80,13.60℃和1056,464.85,264.57,466.58,238.4日度.
Oliarus vicarious Walker repreduces one generation each year in Hunan Province, and it spends--winter in the form of nymphae. There is a distinctly high peak of imago in the last ten days of June. At the temperature of (25±1)℃, its developing periods for egg, nymphae, adult and whole generation were respectively 22 days, 125 days, 6 days and 153 days. Under the false climate condition, different development periods of Oliarus vicarious Walker have been studied in the paper. The results showed that the low-development threshold temperature and effective thermal constants were 7.42 ℃ and 422.14 degree-day for eggs and for nymphaes they were 6.24, 13.3 0, 8.19, 5.80, 13.60 ℃ and 1 056, 464.85 , 264.57, 466.58, 238.4 degree-day respectively.
